I received this error after upgrading to Zotero 2.1.1 Macword plugin, not sure if I'm hitting the storage quota or this is something else.

    Is the disk that you have Portable Firefox on full? That could explain this issue, and you would be able to fix it by deleting files. Otherwise, make a backup of the disk immediately. You are getting disk I/O errors from both Zotero and built-in Firefox components, which suggests something is very wrong.
