Upgrade StorageFF4 and zotero://fullscreen
The zotero://fullscreen url doesn't seem to work in FF 4 with the useragent.locale set to german (de) and Zotero 2.1.1. The error I get with 2.1.1 / FF4 and the german locale is: XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: Nicht definierte Entität

It works fine (i.e. opening a standalone window) when (a) the locale is being set to en-US in FF4 or (b) when using the german locale with Minefield (4.2.a1pre).
