Upgrade StoragePreview Panel is broken

is broken in Zotero 2.1.1
tested under Mac and Linux with FF 3.6.x
When I click "Refresh" the notification window pops up and says "Create Bibliography from Selected Items ... Zotero Preview Pane" and nothing shows up
