WinWord Integration Installation doesn't finish

Hi Folks,

I've had problems with my Zotero upgrade following the installation of Firefox 4. Zotero 2.1 installed without any problems, but the WinWord integration seems to be having issues. It has been about an hour and a half, with several restarts of Firefox but the progress window just states that WinWord integration is installing, and has been like that for about 45 minutes on this installation attempt!
Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for the help, (and thanks for Zotero, my work is a whole lot easier because of it!)

    It certainly shouldn't take 45 minutes to install. Can you create a report ID? It's possible that an error is occurring but no dialog is appearing for some reason.

    Thanks for the response but the issue seems to have resolved itself. I restarted once more, and everything went fine that time.

    Zotero Macworld Integration
    nstallation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox.
    Word is already closed
