2.0 & publication date, original publication date, in press, forthcoming

Has Z 2.0/Z 2.1 introduced any new treatment of the date field, so as to allow a record to include original publication date, in press, forthcoming and other fields? I have searched documentation but haven't found anything that explains if this enhancement has been provided or if so, how to use it.

    we're closer in that csl 1.0 can do some of this, but Zotero hasn't yet implemented it afaik.
