I AM HAVING TRANSLATOR ERRORS IN ZOTERO WHILE USING ERIC AND JSTOR . ZOTERO IS UNABLE TO SAVE THE ITEMS THROUGH TRANSLATOR GIVING MESSAGE " COULD NOT SAVE. SEE KNOWN TRANSLATOR ISSUES." I HAVE;

FIREFOX 3.6.3
WINDOWS 7
KINDLY HELP ME WITH A SOLUTION AND IDENTIFY WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS.
