Do people have a preferred, go-to-site for importing citations?
I typically import citations through Google Books or Google Scholar, but I find the metadata is often a bit off, which words uncapitalized or initials instead of names. Do people here have preferred sites for importing citations that they tend to use that they would suggest?

articles: Usually worth the extra click to get to the article on the journal's/publisher's site - better, yet, where available, JSTOR - especially since I usually want the article pdf, too. If you're associated with an academic library, you can have google scholar add a link to your libraries locator next to search engines, that makes this much faster.
Since google scholar never has full first names, it's always extra work to whip the citation in shape, which takes much longer than 5 extra secs of searching.
