Libraries locked

Hello,

I have been trying to sync two computers that where somehow out of sync and the sync icon keeps turning. I reset the history but I still get the following messages with increasing waiting times. I use WebDAV for my files.

I'm now getting "upload queued" so this sounds like an improvement.

Report ID 268356579 for WebDAV sync error.

That's an authentication error from your WebDAV server. Reverify your WebDAV settings in the Sync pane of the Zotero prefs.

The WebDAV issue occurs every now and then. It goes away on the second try. I also have Xmarks installed in Firefox (syncing to the same WebDAV server) and it does the same thing. I don't know if there is an interaction between the two of them. My authentication settings haven't changed for months but this keeps happening almost every other manual sync from either application.

The Zotero library and WebDAV file syncs are working now. I tried to find a description of what "libraries locked" means last night but I couldn't. Was the server just locking me out because I was trying too many things?

There was an issue overnight that caused syncs to queue for longer than usual. It was resolved around 4:30 a.m. EDT.

Generally syncs shouldn't take more than a few seconds to a few minutes.
