New Style Request: Marine Policy (Elsevier)
Thanks for reading my discussion first.
I'm trying to alter the csl from Elsevier (with titles) http://www.zotero.org/styles/elsevier-with-titles/dev?install=1
But I can't get it, I just alter the year-date.
I have try to import the endnote style to Zotero, but it's not working.

References
Citation in text
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Any references cited in the abstract must be given in full. Unpublished results and personal communications are not recommended in the reference list, but may be mentioned in the text. If these references are included in the reference list they should follow the standard reference style of the journal and should include a substitution of the publication date with either "Unpublished results" or "Personal communication" Citation of a reference as "in press" implies that the item has been accepted for publication.
Web references
As a minimum, the full URL should be given and the date when the reference was last accessed. Any further information, if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), should also be given. Web references can be listed separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading if desired, or can be included in the reference list.
Reference style
References should be indicated in the text by only Arabic numerals in square brackets, running consecutively through the text. In the list of References at the end of the paper, references should be listed numerically in square brackets and conform to the following style:
For journals: [4] Catchpole TL, Frid CLJ, Gray TS. Discards in North Sea fisheries: causes, consequences and solutions. Marine Policy 2005; 29: 421-30.
For books: [22] Arendt H. The human condition. Chicago: The University of Chicago Press; 1958.
Other publications: Where there is doubt, include all bibliographical details.
Footnotes should be numbered separately and indicated in the text by superscript numbers (not in square brackets) running consecutively through the paper. They should be typed at the bottom of the page on which they appear and not in endnotes.

(note step 2)
As I mention in my discussion, the similar style is Elsevier (with titles). http://www.zotero.org/styles/elsevier-with-titles/dev?install=1
What's the Differences from similar style:
My English is not well, so I make an example to figure out what's the different.
===UP:Styles of Elsevier (with titles)===
===DOWN:Marine Policy (from the guide for authors)====
[1] T. Catchpole, C. Frid, T. Gray, Discards in North Sea fisheries: causes, consequences and solutions, Marine Policy. 29 (2005) 421-430.
[1] Catchpole TL, Frid CLJ, Gray TS. Discards in North Sea fisheries: causes, consequences and solutions. Marine Policy 2005; 29: 421-30.
1. after [no.] it's "a space" not "a tab"
2. change the name's order to lastname-firstname, not firstname-lastname
3. no "." after the initials.
4. after the authors, just use a "." without "," to separate the authors and title.
5. after the title, just use a "." without "," to separate the title and journal.
6. after the journal, just "a space" without "."
7. change the order and symbol as "years; volume: pages." , not "volume (years) pages."

===DOWN:Marine Policy (from the guide for authors)====
[2] J.L. Sumich, J.F. Morrissey, Introduction to the biology of marine life, Jones & Bartlett Learning, 2004.
[22] Arendt H. The human condition. Chicago: The University of Chicago Press; 1958.
1. after [no.] it's "a space" not "a tab"
2. change the name's order to lastname-firstname, not firstname-lastname
3. no "." after the initials.
4. after the authors, just use a "." without "," to separate the authors and title.
5. after the title, just use a "." without "," to separate the title and publication.
6. after the publication, just ";" without "," to separate the publication and public year.
Thanks a lot
For example: In the Marine Policy style, it use (years), but the Guide for Authors use years .
I will show the detail of difference between them later.
