Upgrade Storage[resolved] OOo problem (something else than java)

I'm using zotero + OOo integration + OOo + Linux
I've got a very strange problem. If I edit a OOo document using zotero, everything works fine. I can insert citation, insert the bibliography, etc. But when I save the file, close it, and re-open it, then the zotero information is lost. I can still see the citations and the bibliography, but they don't appear as zotero objects, just as normal text.
Note that I struggled a while to get rid of the zotero-OOo communication problem. This is fixed now, thanks to previous posts. I hope I didn't do any mistake while fixing this problem.

adamsmithone way that would happen if you use Reference Marks (the default) and save the document as .doc
