Upgrade Storageremembering folders in citation UI
Awhile back I suggested the citation insertion pane remember the last selected folder. This was implemented. But I'm realizing that it's a little awkward that the folder that is remembered is the one selected in the main UI, rather than the citation panel. I'd suggest changing to the latter (or perhaps having a preference option?).
