sync problems

Hey,
have over the last days had problems syncing with a shared library group. I seem to be able to download items, this process always finishes, but the upload either going very slow or comes to a complete standstill after a while. The arrow keeps spinning, and I don't get the error-ID. Have updated Firefox and Pythonext, and restarted a number of times. I know that it sometimes takes time to be in the sync queue, but when sync does not progress for hours and without reporting an error ID I did not know what else to do than try to start over. (Am working on Mac)

Have just run a debug output and the Debug ID is D1706319327

  • now, after performing the debug output got a complete stop and an error alert.

  • We'd need a Debug ID that includes the error, but most likely this is just an intermittent error with Amazon (which underlies Zotero File Storage) or your network connection.

    You should also make sure your system time and timezone are correct.
