Sync problem 1753624173

I have been getting this problem for some time now. It seems that a JS pose a problem with Zotero. Any help would be welcome, since I cannot sync anymore.

    Thank you for your quick reply. What do you mean by "check your system clock"?
    I use OSX and my system time is correct for where I live. What should I check?

  • I mean make sure the time and the time zone are both correct.

    If they are, and you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.

    My timezone and time seem correct. Here is the debug Id I get:

    This is a message from Amazon (which underlies Zotero File Storage), and it likely indicates a problem with your network connection. If this is a laptop, try syncing from a different network.
  • Though it looks like you have only a few more files to sync. Just sync a few times and it should finish.

    It is possible that this problem is due to my home network that is having some problems these days (especially for uploading). I will try to sync again later (also from the university network). We will see if the problem persists.
