Upgrade StorageStyle request: [European Journal of Ophthalmology]
The style is very similar to Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology (in the repository), with the following changes to journal style:
-List all authors when 6 or less, when 7 or more list first 3 plus et al.
-Never include month/date of publication, only year
-Insert a single space between the semicolon that follows the year of publication and the volume number; also insert space between the colon that follows the volume number and the page numbers of the article (for example: J Fun 2011; 1: 1-10.)
-No issue numbers, just volumes
That should be it!
