Upgrade StorageWord for Mac 2008 not communicating with Zotero

Word 2008 cannot communicate with Zotero
From the error report it looked like a pythonext problem. I've tried reinstalling Pythonext, the 2.6.20100203 and Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0b7. I also tried deleting the Zotero files in the application information profile. They reappeared, but the updated versions don't work either. These versions work fine on my identical MacBook Pro vers. 7.1.
Please help me figure out what this problem is. I have two identical computers running the same software and one works and one doesn't.

Word for Mac 2008 cannot communicate with Firefox. A component is not opening
I've tried updating and reinstalling Python Ext,2.6.20100203. Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0b7 on a MacBook Pro 7.1. Same software works fine on my second, identical computer.
