Whenever I view my library on the website I get this message: "There was a problem loading collections. Please try again in a few minutes." Items show up correctly.

dstillmanWell, technically you can pull up the first 50 of your >1,000 collections via api.zotero.org. It's failing on the website because the website is trying to make multiple requests to display more of them. I think there are plans to better handle libraries like yours with a huge number of collections.
