Modification of documents details

Hi,

I find it quite easy to collect copies of pdf files directly opened in firefox...
Now, the url attached is the local file : this one disapears after you close firefox, or purge your temp files. Is it possible to change this location (hyperlink)?
(those page might come from a php request..)
