How do we install styles from
http://www.zotero.org/styles

Once 1.0.2 goes live you will be able to add them to your Zotero by clicking install on the styles page.
If you want to test the style you can download the 1.0.2 dev xpi (
http://www.zotero.org/download/dev/zotero-1.0-branch.xpi
) and try it, but you should not do this with your primary Firefox profile.
