I am using Libre Office 3.3.1. on a Mac OS X (Version 10.6.6.). Zotero 2.1b7 and Zotero OpenOffice.org Integration 3.1b1 are installed. When I click on the icon "Insert Citation" in Libre Office a windows opens with the following message: "Zotero Integration Error

Firefox could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate Firefox extension is installed and try again."

Thanks for any help.

    I have verified that my Java (Java SE6) is working.
    By the way, the link on this page under the chapter "Mac OS X / OpenOffice
    OpenOffice plugin crashes Firefox" does no longer work.

    Follow these steps (or use Firefox 3.6.13).

    Dragging Java SE 6 (32-bit) above Java SE 6 (64-bit) in /Applications/Utilities/Java Preferences did work. This problem is solved. Thanks a lot.
