Linking to a specific place within a snapshot

I need to be able to link/relate to specific points within a snapshot (ideally even an annotation) rather than to the whole file? Many of the pages I capture to Zotero are long list-like pages. There may only be a small part of the page that really relates. Is this possible now or is this truely a feature request?

    To elaborate, it seems that when you highlight text in an HTML file, right-click and choose "Create specific item and note from selection" Zotero should insert an anchor in the HTML file at that point and link the note to that point in the file. Then in the future when you click on the note it should show you the snapshot and jump to the selection in the snapshot.
