Handle Endnote references.

Hi,
As an enthusiastic Zotero user I'm working with it since 3 years, having a large database with notes and such. My problem is that my boss is using EndNote and we have to work together on papers and references.
My question is: Is there any way to grab or convert references inserted with EndNote to Zotero, or vica versa.
I'm interested in every solution.

    no, there's unfortunately absolutely nothing: both for technical reasons - it's generally very, very hard to work on one doc with two entirely separate databases - and for legal reasons - even as far as that's possible, endnote's proprietary nature makes that even harder, possibly impossible.
    The closest you might get is with RTF scan, but personally I'm not sure if I'd recommend basing serious co-authored work on that feature working reliably and correctly.
