translator issue on SAE technical papers

On all the SAE papers like this: http://papers.sae.org/950352
an icon appears in the address bar seemingly indicating I can create a reference, but I always get an error.

    hove over the translator as described in step 5 here

    you'll see this is a generic DOI translator - for various reason that sometimes fails - either the DOI isn't in the database, or the service is down - nothing Zotero can do about either.
