Upgrade StorageBook Section: Create from Book? Child?
Is there a way to create a BookSection from an existing Book entry? (e.g., Book:Title would be copied to BookSection:Book Title, etc.)
If so, this question may be moot: Why doesn't a BookSection appear as a child of the Book, instead of as a top-level item?
