How to delet or unsubscribe "group libraries"

Does anybody know how to delete or unsubscribe a "group librarie" in the tree-structur of libraries on the left side in the zotero plugin window (2.1.b6).
  • You'll want to unsubscribe through Zotero.org. I think you can double-click on the library name in the Zotero pane and the group page will open in Firefox. You can then choose to unsubscribe from/ leave the group.
  • I have already left/ unsubscribed the group at the website, but inside the tree-structur of libraries in the zotero plugin window it is still shown.
  • Thanks, I reported the following error:
    [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [mozIStorageConnection.commitTransaction]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 484" data: no]
  • We've never seen that error before.

    1) Restart your computer and try again.

    2) Check your database integrity in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs.

    3) Disable other extensions and anti-virus/security software.
  • Thanks,
    1)
    restartet
    2)
    everything OK

    3)
    everything diabled, but still the same error:
    [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [mozIStorageConnection.commitTransaction]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 484" data: no]

    System: windows xp; zotero plugin window (2.1.b6) and ... Firefox 4.0beta11, maybe this is the problem?
  • Provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this error.
  • zotero plugin window (2.1.b6) and ... Firefox 4.0beta11
    debug ID 80233049

    zotero standalone
    debug ID 1022167091
  • Please follow my link. I asked for a Debug ID, not a Report ID.
  • Sorry ...
    The Debug ID is D1531214986.
  • since months I have still the same problem

    [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [mozIStorageConnection.commitTransaction]" nsresult: "0x8000ffff (NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 484" data: no]

    database integrity is OK.
    Using Zotero 2.1.1 on FF4.0

    Still no idea fo a solution?
  • There's a WebDAV error in your debug output:
    WebDAV password not provided
    Did you selected WebDAV file syncing in the Sync pane of the Zotero prefs but not enter a password?
  • WebDAV was NOT selected.
    So if it is enabled, the settings (servername, pasword ...) are hidden.
    But anyway ...
    I have deleted all the WebDAV settings too and now everything is fine.

    It seems that enable/ disable WebDAV settings don't work the way it schould.
