Zotero OpenOffice Integration could not complete installation because an error occurred. Please ensure that OpenOffice is closed, and then restart Firefox
That's the message I received. If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd be grateful. The only change to my software has been an upgrade to Office 2011 for Mac.
