Online sharing. References viewable on both home and university/work computers

I am currently studying for my degree and am using Zotero both at home and at university to collect references. It would be very beneficial to me if I could see the references that I have gathered on my home computer on my university computer and visa versa. I am sure that other people must agree with me that online sharing would be of great benefit.
