New GI styles- can someone upload?

I tried figuring out SVN but my eyes started glazing over. Anyways here are three styles I made for different Gastroenterology journals. If someone could upload them to the repository it might help out others. There is a style already for Gastroenterology but it is incorrect.

Hey - would you mind adding CC license to the styles before we upload them?

Also, the AJG style - is that just NLM?

I'm not sure how to edit the gist.github. I just posted them there because I saw other people do that. If someone else knows how to edit it they can feel free to add the cc license to it.

The AJG style is different from NLM, it adds et al after 3 authors, uses comma in citation, etc.

ok, I'll add the license - usually githbub will detect that you're the original poster and let you edit, but doesn't matter here - I'll upload later.

ok - they're up. For the time being they'll show up as "invalid" because the repository validates against the 0.81 csl scheme, but for 2.1b they'll install fine.
