Request: Citation Style for "Pain" (Elsevier)

Hi guys, I looked through the repository and could not find a style for "Pain" by Elsevier (http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/journaldescription.cws_home/506083/description#description). I tried the general Elsevier style provided in the repository. However, it does not seem to fit. "Pain" requires an alphabetical order of the bibliography, with consecutive numbers from A-Z assigned to the entries. The in-text citations are then done by number. The Elsevier style available, by contrast, orders the bibliography in the order of appearance of the quotation in the text. It also has some other peculiarites, such as preceding each author's name with his/her initials in the bibliography rather than putting the author's surname first.
Does anyone out there have a zotero style that follows the requirements of "Pain"?
