Zotero Integration Error

I got the following error message:

Zotero WinWord Integration: get Document() could not find document in ROT

[JavaScript Error: "[zotero WinWord Integration Exception... "Could not find a running Word instance." code: "0" function: "zoteroWinWordDocument::iniFromActive Object" location: ".\zoteroWinWordDocument.cpp"]"]

I don't know what is wrong here. I tried to install Zotero Integration Plugin to work on my document saved in SkyDrive.

Please help me out.

    Are you using the Click-to-Run version (i.e., did you purchase and download it online)? If so, see here.

    I'm experiencing the same error with Word 2007 Enterprise. Also this error occurs only at reopened existing documents, not on new ones and occurs independently of any style or db-changes.
