Can't capture PDF

Hello - I am new to Zotero so please forgive me if this is an ignorant question but I have accessed a PDF document on the web and the button on the right-hand side of the browser window to allow me to save it to Zotero doesn't appear. Am I doing something wrong or could it just be this document? The URL is http://www.foi.gov.uk/reference/foi-independent-review.pdf. Thank you.

    Do you mean the button in the address bar to click to automatically save the bibliographic information? If so, that doesn't appear on all sites; only those configured to be Zotero friendly.

    You may need to add the reference manually (the green circle with the white plus sign). Then, you can do a right click (um...assuming windows OS) and click "attach snapshot of the current page."

    If you just want the snapshot, you can click the camera icon.

    Or are you referring to something else?
