Copy en masse from one library to another

How can I copy a large subset of items -- for example, those matching a certain keyword -- from one library to another? I've tried searching for the keyword in library A, then highlighting the matches and dragging to library B. But it doesn't work. I can drag citations one at a time, but there are too many.

    By "Library" do you mean "Collection", i.e. the folder icons in the left hand panel?
    If so, selecting several and dragging should work - describe how it fails.
    Also, add your Zotero version as well as OS and browser versions.
