Not Syncing!!!

The green arrow spins once or twice, then the red exclamation point pops up. This has never happened before!

Here's what the error message says:

    Norton could be interfering. Try disabling it and sync again.

    I already tried - it doesn't work. It does seem to narrow down the error message though.

    there is still a norton related error in there - while it's unrelated to Zotero, it would indicate that Norton isn't actually fully disabled.

    The errors suggest that Norton Confidential is still enabled or at least installed, otherwise it shouldn't be throwing errors.

    Still, the 405 errors sounds like perhaps the sync is looking for files that the sync server doesn't know about. Hopefully one of the core devs can take a look and see if something is fishy on the Zotero.org end, or offer other troubleshooting advice.

    You're using a very old version of Zotero, 2.0.2. Upgrade to 2.0.9.
