remove tags button not "reacting" right away

I have a very odd bug in my zotero. When I try to delete tags by clicking on the minus sign to the right of the tags, nothing seems to happen (i.e. the tag stays in the list). However, when I click on some other item in zotero and then go back to the "Tags" section, the tags I had initially removed are gone. It is not really serious, but can be quite annoying. Everything else seems to be working fine

Is anyone experiencing the same problem and found a way to fix it?

My system:
Firefox 3.6.13
Zotero 2.0.9
Mac OSX 10.6.6.

This is fixed in the latest 2.1 beta. If you close the tag selector (or open?—I forget which) the problem should go away.
