Group libraries don't appear despite multiple syncs

I created a group, of which I'm the owner, last week, and I've synced several times, both from my office computer and from home, since then, but my group library still doesn't appear in the Zotero window. Another person I added today instantly had the group show.

I want to put all of what is now in my personal library into the group library, and leave my personal library just as a space for current projects, but I can't transfer anything into the group library if it doesn't appear.

I'm getting the endless sync icon, for what it's worth, and my online library doesn't seem to be updated, so maybe I just haven't successfully synced in a while. Library is big, about 2,500 items.
