Collections no available and impossible sync

Hello,

I commented a post after upgrading to a 1Go account, that my online library cannot display collections. "There was a problem loading collections. Please try again in a few minutes". Now, 2 months later, my collection still do not show up online and I wish there was an online library search function.

Worse, I havent been able to get the sync to work at my job. I work in two different labs and at home and I really need to access and sync my references from any of those 3 places, which is essentially why I bought the online storage. I can sync at home but I cannot in any of my two labs, in on of my labs I get a SSL error that I was not able to resolve using the help.

Now at my second lab, where I currently spend most of the time, I did a fresh firefox+ latest zotero install on Ubuntu, and am trying to reset, replacing the local (empty) database by the server data. The sync process gets hung and nothing never happens.
Data from the debug window indicate that my Library appears to be locked on the server, what shall I do ?

If nothing of this can properly work (online collections and sync from workplaces), I could at least be saved if there was a way to display online my whole collection on a single page, this way I could use firefox's search bar to access the reference I need, where should I address this feature request ?

Any fix suggestions or comments are welcome as I find myself experimenting very lame workarounds.
