SirsiDynix iBistro broken after upgrade

Hello,

My library consortium recently upgraded their SirsiDynix installation and Zotero no longer works with iBistro. No icon appears in the address bar. Other sites work fine for me. I'm using 2.0.9 with Firefox 3.6.13 on XP.

    I'm not sure yet how much we'll have to do to support this version of SIRSI, but it looks like it shouldn't be too hard. This won't happen overnight, but expect a new translator in the coming weeks.

    If you happen to know any other libraries that are using this version, it'd be helpful to know their URLs as well to test my changes.
