Upgrade Storageerror: Report ID 1723949672
Hello,
I tried to use Zotero standalone, and thus needed to upgrade my Zotero on Firefox to 2.14b. The error I received when trying to upgrade the database reads:
[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80630001 [mozIStorageConnection.commitTransaction]" nsresult: "0x80630001 (<unknown>)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/db.js :: anonymous :: line 484" data: no] [ERROR: database is locked]
And the report ID is 1723949672.
Any help would be much appreciated. Maybe just going back to the previous version of Zotero on FF so that I can use my database??
