Associated libraries are locked

Hello,

I haven't synced my library on one of my computers for over a month and am now receiving the following error when trying to sync:

"Associated libraries are locked"

I have waited with the browser open for over an hour and a half. Should it be taking this long? Might there be something wrong with my local library?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
