Upgrade StorageBroken translator for the American Economic Journal
This is a fairly new journal, so I'm not surprised that it the translator is broken.
I'm using Firefox 3.6, Zotero 2.0.3, have updated to the latest translators.

the scraper doesn't really read it right.
