cleaning storage

It seems that I have files in my storage folder that are no longer in "My Library."

If I export my library, clear the storage folder, and then import my library back into the folder, will I get everything back without losing any functionality?

    1) That should never happen under normal usage.

    2) Don't export and import. Ignore it and/or wait for a tool built-in or otherwise to find orphaned files.
