How to quickly locate a reference - in which folder(s) is it?

I am currently not able to find a way to quickly figure out in which folder I have put a reference. As items can go into several folders, it would be helpful to see (for example as another tab in the right hand window) where it's currently located.

Maybe someone knows a solution, or if not, maybe this could be a useful new feauture.
