Upgrade Storage[JavaScript Error: "[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005
Zotero error report showed this message that you can see below, also it generated a ID: 375929433. Every single time it crashes like this it destroys my entire document....some characters become like Chinese or Japanese characters (whatever I do not know the difference), or little squares or just numbers. After it, it seems that the document do not recognize field codes anymore, because every time I hit refresh it will tell me to insert any fields first......and the worst part is if you save your document like this it will overwrite you entire data and then it will be gone. I have been having this problem for a while and do not know what I have to do to fix it or where I should report to get it fixed. I've lost days of work redoing things that were screwed because of this problem. I would appreciate any kind of help. Thanks.
Just to make it clear I am using Office for Mac 2011 in a Macbook Pro 15' Core i7.
