Finding items with Notes

Is it possible to search for library items that include notes? I've got a saved search that finds items with pdfs, that looks for Attachment Item Type of pdf, but I don't see that the same type of search is possible for Attachment Item Type of Note. I tried searching for Attachment Item Type of Document but that didn't seem to work.
