Drag and drop into notes

I used to be able to drag and drop image files from web pages straight into Zotero notes, but suddenly I can't do it any more. I assume this is since a recent upgrade, probably of Firefox to 3.6.13 (I think I updated that more recently than Zotero itself - currently version 2.0.9).

In the note, I now see a "broken image" symbol. I've tried editing the html and pasting the image URL directly into it. This makes the image visible, until I select any other Zotero entry. Then, when I reselect the note in question, the image has been replaced by the "broken image" symbol again, and the html no longer contains the URL I pasted into it a moment before!

Can anyone help with this?

this is known - it's the result of a fix in the note interface of Zotero, which had this unfortunate side-effect. Ajlyon has been on the developers backs to fix this, but I haven't heard anything specific, sorry.
