Adding new styles

http://dev.zotero.org/creating_citation_styles says that to see how to insert a new citation style into zotero I should "take a look at the bottom of the scrapers.sql file in the extensions/zotero@chnm.gmu.edu directory in your Firefox profile", but there seems to be no such file or directory in my installation. Where do I find it?

Also, the note on the Developers forum, which would probably be a better place for this question, says "No longer used. Please use the dev list (zotero-dev) instead.", but I have no idea where to find that list. How do I access it?

In Windows, I found scrapers.sql in
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random-string]\extensions\zotero@chnm.gmu.edu\scrapers.sql

(which is to say that it's in your firefox profile and then in the extensions directory, and then in zotero@....)

zotero-dev is a google groups list. Googling 'zotero-dev' will get you to it.
