group library not visible to non-members on internet

I set up a group, which currently has only two members. I have a group library with links to web pages, digital books in Google Books, etc. I designated the group as "Public, Closed Membership" and the Library setting to be readable by anyone on the internet. However, when I try to access the site without signing into Zotero, I get an access denied message. I can only see the Group Library when logged in with my user name. Why is this not working?

Is it the "Magic Lantern Research Group"
http://www.zotero.org/groups/magic_lantern_research_group/items

I can access that library whether I am logged in or not.
