Upgrade StorageSync Group Library vs My Library - Report ID: 2a64d789
I'm waiting on the "large database" syncing fix, which is a show stopper for us. While waiting I decided to try again. I imported our 7700 entry database into browser into My Library, also in a "Imported <date>" collection.
I was able to successfully sync it. Yeah, it's fixed!!! Not so fast...
Our requirement is to share this with everyone in our lab. So I moved the database into the Group Library. And then deleted all the entries from the My Library area, including collections and emptying the trash. So now the only entries are in the Group Libraries area. Upon trying to sync, I get the "Databases of this size cannot yet be synced. Please check back soon. (Report ID: 2a64d789)" database too large error again.
What happened? Why can I sync My Library but not Group Libraries.

dale_huffmanedited December 8, 2010OOPS - I may have entered the WRONG report ID. I think I moved them back to the My Library area. I'll do it all over and report back with an accurate report ID.
