Quirky conflict resolution dialog

What is this (screenshot)? How can this come about? I got 299 of these in my recent quirky sync session. This time it is not the issue that I reported (and that was fixed) long time ago, with the 1 msec time differences due to OS/file system differences. This time there is not even a visible difference.

    Are they all/mostly notes? I believe I know what's causing some erroneous note conflicts.

    Many of them were indeed notes, though not all. I'll see if I get to see them again.
