Translator issue with Pion publications?

Am trying to get zotero to work with Environment and Planning D (e.g.,: http://www.envplan.com/abstract.cgi?id=d2706wsa). Clicking on the save to zotero icon in the URL bar doesn't seem to work. There is a "download citation in RIS format" link, but when I attempt to do that, I am prompted for where I'd like to save the xxx.ris file on my hard drive, and then that file is saved -- zotero doesn't intercept (even though it usually does this flawlessly and the correct setting is indicated in preferecnes).

    Sometimes RIS files are served in ways that makes it hard for Zotero catch them-- if the MIME type is different or the file appears to Zotero to have a file extension other than .ris, the interception might not happen.

    I'm not going to be able to look at the Pion translator for a while -- if no one else looks into it in the coming weeks, please remind me and I'll try to give it a shot.
