Outreach via Twitter, etc.

I saw that the Zotero team has recently or will soon be hiring an outreach specialist. I would like to put in a plug for this person doing a fair amount of keeping the userbase informed, particularly over Twitter or other similar small-footprint social media. Many of us users are also fans, and acutely interested in the development process, timeliness and feeling in touch with the creators of this software. This kind of communication would enhance the feeling of being in the loop.
